If you have problems loging in, please read the following hints:

Do you have a username and password?

A username and password is given to each partner. If you are a partner and don't have your login details, please contact us.

Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive

Your username and password are case-sensitive, so type them "exactly as they have been sent. Check your Caps-Lock key. You can also try to copy and paste the username and password.

Cookies should be enabled

The user authentication system is based on "cookies". Check that cookies are enabled in your web browser options.
